50. Sports and Exercise Vocabulary

Sarah: Hey Jack, do you like sports?

Jack: Yeah, I love playing sports! How about you, Sarah?

Sarah: I enjoy them too, but I'm not very good at them. What sports do you play?

Jack: I play soccer and basketball mostly. Sometimes I go running or cycling too. What about you?

Sarah: I like swimming and hiking. Sometimes I do yoga at home.

Jack: That's cool! Do you have any favorite sports equipment?

Sarah: I like my running shoes and my yoga mat. What about you?

Jack: I can't do without my basketball and my soccer ball. Oh, and my bike helmet too, safety first!

Sarah: Definitely! It's important to stay safe when exercising. Do you have any favorite phrases you use while playing sports?

Jack: Yeah, when we're playing basketball and someone makes a good shot, we usually say "Nice shot!" or "Well done!"

Sarah: That's encouraging! In swimming, we often say "Keep going!" or "You're doing great!"

Jack: Those are great phrases to motivate each other. Sports really bring people together, don't they?

Sarah: Absolutely! Whether you're playing or cheering, it's always fun to be part of the action.

Jack: Totally agree. Well, Sarah, maybe we could try some new sports together sometime!

Sarah: Yeah, that sounds like fun! Let's explore some new activities together.
